This is a QR code for holding your personal information in encoded form (limited to name and photograph only). The QR code is unique to you.
QR Code, generated by ValidChk, per se does not contain any information other than a randomly generated 21-digit alpha-numeric code. The code is used to fetch data from the ValidChk backend using the ValidChk App.
My OneId (profile) can be created by downloading the ValidChk App as received along with the invitation and adding a photograph of yourself (Selfie only) and name. The ValidChk App can also be downloaded using link provided on www.validchk.com.
You can enter the details of your referral in your profile. Once entered you cannot change the information.
ValidChk App allows any two individuals (each is an owner of My OneId) to ascertain and verify the identity of each other, simultaneously, simply by scanning My OneID of the other through the ValidChk App.
In case of change phone, (and not the phone number), you can continue simply by logging in to the ValidChk App from the new phone.
Click on the Meeting icon under Create and fill up the required fields. Once you are done and click “Send” the meeting request will go to the person you want.
One you get a notification for the meeting, go to meeting tab and click on the particular meeting, you can see here the option to “Accept” or “Decline” the meeting.
The Security/reception has to allow the Visitor entry into the premises. And, therefore, the security/reception needs to see the meeting details to take necessary action. As a visitor you will have to scan the premises OneID of the building or office or home and the details of the meeting will be visible to the security/reception. However, security/reception cannot see subject and message of the meeting.
The Security person, depending upon the policy of the building or the office, will have access to the phone number of the host. But by scanning the premises OneID you do not reveal your phone number to the Security or the Reception.
Under Manage Meetings when you click to view the details of the meeting requested by you, you get to see the phone number of your friend you want to meet. You can click the same and make a phone call as necessary.
When you go to “Members” under “Manage Premises” and then when you click on any particular “Member” you will get a list of different roles that can be assigned to different persons within the premises. Each role can have different rights and privileges as per the policy of the building/office premises. All members having roles within the premises form a group for that specific premises.
These Roles help the Security and the Reception of the premises to take quick action regarding the entry of the visitor into the premises as well as allow the premises administration to maintain a role-wise record of the visitors.
When you go to “Members” under “Manage Premises” and then when you click on any particular “Member” you will get a list of different roles that can be assigned to different persons within the premises.
Admin has the highest privileges. She can assign roles to all other members. When you create the premises OneID you get the role of Admin by default.
Upon scanning the premises OneID by the visitor, the reception gets to see the details of the visitor and the meeting with the host. All accepted meetings will be visible to the reception.
When reception sees that a particular visitor has role as ‘Barred’, he can simply refuse entry to such person.
Any person who was a member of the “Premises group” earlier but has been removed from that group (for any reason like left the job or transferred to some other office, shifted etc.) will be shown as a former member for the ease of the Security/Reception.

Since ValidChk allows you to create group of members for the premises, you can also create a group that will include all your family members and by assigning them role of “Reception” each one will come to know of any visitor to your premises in real time and online regardless of your physical location.

ValidChk also allows you to assign role of “Pre-approved” to your frequent visitors like contracted staff, drivers, cleaners, etc.

The Latitude and Longitude of the premises will be picked by the ValidChk. Other specific address details as required and necessary can be manually added by you. Latitude and Longitude is mainly used to mark attendance of the staff and to verify that they are scanning office OneID from same premises.
ValidChk allows a group of members with various privileges for each premises. The technical architecture of ValidChk allows all members to see the visitors as per their privileges – in this case, “Reception”. It is not necessary for you to be home. You will get a notification on your ValidChk about the identity of the visitor at your home.

On the Home page under Manage go to My Meetings and you will get a tab of “Today & Up Coming” and below that a tab of “Past Meetings”. Click on any of them and you get to see the details of that meeting. You can Accept or Decline a meeting, if you are invited to a meeting.

Click on any “Visitor” and you will get the history of all visits to/from that person. This option also provides you historical details of your visits to any specific premises.

Clicking on any Member will give you the details of the Role the member has in the premise. The Admin of that premise will have the privilege to change the Role.

User can print her ID card by using option My OneID on Home Page. Printing option is given below photograph next to view profile. You can share ID card on email, WhatsApp, etc. for further printing. In case a maid/driver doesn’t have smart phone, the ID card can be scanned.

Premises admin will have the facility to add details for each My OneId owner within the group and to modify/alter/edit the group.
Those visitors who visit the premises regularly or daily but do not form a part of the My Premises-Id Group. E.g. support staff, cleaning staff, contract staff, drivers, etc.
There is an option to pre-approve visitors. The authorised person from the My Premises-Id Group can approve such visitors and they can be allowed automatically upon scanning their respective My OneId or can be provided with printed ID card.
The Security/Reception can scan My OneID of the visitor on the visitor’s phone or by scanning the OneID code of the visitor on printed on the Id Card.
