Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI), with enviable academic record and now having worked for over 30 years in the capital market managing operations, finance, Tax, IT, compliance and risk. Mr. Mehta started his career teaching in Mumbai college. He then started working with various broking houses for twenty years including top of the line brokering houses for most of the time. This was followed by a 6 years stint in an IT company as Director.
Is a Lawyer by training and a qualified Company Secretary in addition to doing a course on Forex management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has about 30 years of experience in various national and international corporate matters (mostly big IT and manufacturing companies), advising, and managing issues concerning legal, litigation, secretarial, mergers & acquisitions and foreign currency managing departments. Mr. Desai's vast experience proactively helps and prepares the Company on all matters of corporate compliance, business planning, strategy and growth.
Is the technology backbone. He is a qualified mathematician and computer application developer. His work experience exceeds 25 years. He started his career in teaching for two years followed by software development work for three. Jigar has been managing his own business in software development and support for about twenty years. He has leveraged his forte in developing software for financial markets, manufacturing and transaction processing for ruggedizing the technology backbone for ValidChk.
